Line Up

The band contains ex and current members of The Art Goblins, Rhesus, Ciccone, Video Club, Future and the Boy, Dizzy Moth and The Bridport Dagger. They released singles with Weekender Records, an EP on Pop Art Records and have supported The Bravery, Jamie T, The Rumblestrips, Klaxons, and Babyshambles. In 2007 the band signed to independent label Weekender records and released a double A sided single with tracks "Burn Koko" and "Mirror".

I'm a London-based lady drummer and musician. Nowadays. Current bands are Lemonade Sin, The Fallen Women, Keith TOTP. Let's see what else 2023 brings! I also like to do my songs where I sing/play guitar, annual or bi-annual gig it seems.

Sassyhiya are real-life as well as musical partners Kathy Wright and Helen Skinner. Shortly after meeting at a Rollerderby game (where Kathy was skating for the amazingly named “Ultraviolent Femmes” team), the couple had their first date at an Austra show in 2011 and have been bonded in music ever since.
