We are delighted to welcome Aziz Ibrahim and full band to The Half Moon for this very special tour of Lahore To Longsight.
Aziz Ibrahim is a Manchester-born guitarist and composer whose career cuts through some of the most iconic names in British music. From his early days with Simply Red to stepping into the shoes of John Squire in The Stone Roses, Aziz has built a reputation as a fearless and versatile musician.
A sought-after collaborator, he has worked with Ian Brown, Paul Weller, Asia, Steve Hogarth of Marillion, and Steven Wilson of Porcupine Tree, contributing to acclaimed recordings and electrifying live performances.
Now, 25 years after it was first recorded, his long-lost debut album Lahore to Longsight finally sees the light of day. Featuring an all-star lineup including members of The Smiths, The Stone Roses and Primal Scream, the album stands as a powerful statement of Aziz’s artistry as both a guitarist and frontman.
Released as a limited-edition double vinyl for Record Store Day 2026 and backed by a FULL BAND UK TOUR, 2026 marks the long-overdue arrival of one of Manchester’s most compelling musical voices.

Born from the creative cocoon of his home studio in Bristol, Oswald Slain is a testament to both personal growth and musical evolution, reflecting a period of deep introspection and a gritty outlook. Having reconciled with the chaos of youth and the trials of aging, lyricist Fitz channels these experiences into sincere, humorous, evocative songwriting alongside the timeless swagger of old retro rock records.
Since releasing his debut EP ‘KISS ME ON THE MOUTH’ in April of 2025, Oswald Slain has earned support from the likes of SiriusXM, Apple Music editorial, Rough Trade’s ‘Counter Culture’, Ones To Watch, RTÉ, KUTX and ASBO Magazine. That momentum continued with debut album ‘BUCKY’, released to vinyl just 6 months later in October 2025, a raw and reflective record documenting self-destruction, growth and musical reinvention, which saw him awarded festival slots at Shambala, The Great Estate, Kendal Calling and Wilderness Festival.
