“They came onstage and launched straight into Two Sides of The City which set the stall out for the night ahead. Infectious and catchy soul grooves were on offer. There must be a big interest in the band as the hall was already three quarters full” - Brighton and Hove news (on AKA The Syndicate supporting Bad Manners at Concorde 2)

“A pop-tinged reggae album that brings to mind a wide variety of other bands, from Madness at their most successful to very early UB40, and maybe even a hint of No Doubt for good measure” – Scootering Magazine

“Just got a wee snippet of AKA The Syndicate. I know I shouldn’t swear but it’s f***ing good! The best British ska / soul / reggae band going” – Jim Paterson, Dexy’s Midnight Runners

Sunset Ruins are a rising South London rock ’n’ roll band making serious noise on the live circuit.

After a sold-out debut at Dingwalls, the band have gone on to pack out headline shows, including their own night at Amersham Arms, drawing over 100 fans.

With two singles already earning Track of the Month on Duggystone Radio, their sound channels the spirit of The Clash, Sex Pistols, Oasis, The Jam and The Libertines - delivered with a raw, modern edge of their own.

Fresh from recording at Abbey Road Studios, Sunset Ruins are building momentum fast - and their live shows hit hard, loud, and unforgettable.
