Formed in London in 1982, Roman Holliday emerged as one of the UK’s most distinctive early-80s pop acts, blending swing, jazz, and new-wave pop with sharp songwriting and high energy live performances. Championed early by John Peel, the band quickly built a strong following through their charismatic live show, trademark brass-driven sound, and witty, melodic songs.

The line-up features original members Jon Durno (Bass and Lead Vocals), Adrian York (Keyboards and Vocals), Simon Cohen (Drums), plus Joe Newbon (Guitar) and a full live brass section.
