King Joe & The Atlantics are a 6 Piece Rhythm & Blues group inspired by the sounds of Amos Milburn, Big Joe Turner, Little Richard, Jimmy McCracklin, T-Bone Walker, Floyd Dixon and many more of the R&B greats, and billed by many as one of the hottest vintage style acts around today!

The band features Joe Newbon (Rising roots Blues, R&B and Rockabilly Guitarist), Nick Lunt (from Jools Holland's Orchestra), Wayne Lee (Son of Albert Lee), Al Nicholls (The Big Town Playboys), Peter Lawson (highly demanded UK Upright Bassist) and Curt Jones (from Emilio Santoro's "Elvis" Theatre show). This group aren't new to The Half Moon, and were joined by legends Albert Lee and Mike Berry on one of their previous visits.
