Line Up

Alex Brooker is a presenter and reporter best known for his work co-hosting Channel 4’s The Last Leg, and on the channel’s Paralympic sport coverage.

Originally working as a sport reporter, Alex entered Channel’s 4 search for disabled presenting talent for their coverage of the 2012 London Paralympics. His witty approach combined with a knowledge and passion for sport saw him host the Paralympic World Cup before working on the London Games. He then joined Adam Hills and Josh Widdicombe for the wry look at the Olympics and Paralympics, The Last Leg.

Alex has stayed with The Last Leg after the Games as it now focuses its irreverent take on politics, news, celebrity and sport. Alex’s interview with Lib Dem leader Nick Clegg drew particular praise for being both insightful, entertaining, and revealing.

Away from The Last Leg, Alex has fronted Channel 4’s Alex Brooker: My Perfect Body, investigating male body image, and co-hosted celebrity ski competition The Jump. He’s also become a panel show regular with appearances on 8 Out of 10 Cats, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, and Celebrity Juice. He’s shown off his general knowledge, joining Josh to win a charity edition of Million Pound Drop, appeared on celebrity editions of The Chase and Fifteen to One, and fronted the BBC2 documentary Disability and Me.
