With more than 120 gigs under the belt since its start in April 2015, Red Hot Chili Peppers Experience pays tribute to the world's ultimate funk rock quartet. They have performed at festivals from Manchester to Poole with 1,000s of spectators and travelled to the Middle East to play to an estimated audience of 6,000 expats. As the UK’s Funky Monks, the band entertains audiences with that instantly recognisable Red Hot Chili Peppers sound. Every show delivers excellent musicianship with faithful reproductions of the Chili's unique and high-intensity live music experiences, capturing their fun, vibrant and energetic spirit, reminding you of the fantastic tunes and awesome performances that brought the band international success.
Line Up
Since the start back in 2015, the Red Hot Chili Peppers Experience has become one of the most successful and busiest Red Hot Chili Peppers tribute bands in the UK, playing at pubs, music venues and festivals across the country. In 2019, the band had a number of headlining performances over the summer festival season, with a major gig at Trib Fest in Bahrain, the annual tribute festival in front of an estimated 6,000 spectators, in October.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers Experience recreates the Red Hot Chili Peppers' sound and live performances, reproducing the ultimate funk rock sound that brought them international success.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers Experience is fronted by the amazing Matty on vocals, who sounds and looks like Anthony Kiedis, but without the moustache. The band is completed by Jordan, an extremely talented guitarist, who knows the Red Hot Chili Peppers back catalogue better than Hillel Slovak, John Frusciante, Dave Navarro and Josh Klinghoffer combined; Werner, massively influenced by Flea, on bass; and Rick, a busy professional drummer and drum teacher. All four are musicians who grew up listening to the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and have the ability to deliver the explosive performance that everyone expects from an authentic RHCP show.
