Line Up

London-based folk-pop trio, Parts & Spares, is a perfect blend of acoustic nostalgia and contemporary edge. Founded by lead vocalist Frida Jones, her songwriter and guitarist dad, Luther Jones, and her multi-instrumentalist girlfriend, Kaisha McGroarty, the eccentric family triangle is just one part of their unique charm. Inspired by the likes of Bon Iver, Hozier, Big Thief, Medium Build and Florence and The Machine, they are currently working on original music that is at heart a love letter to trusting your instincts and letting go.

Parts & Spares is currently playing around London and the UK with original tracks from their, work-in-progress, first album as well as covers that have inspired them.

Luke Askew is a singer, musician and producer - originally from Suffolk, England. He aims to create music that is authentic and relatable. His music is soulful and addresses the elements of life, that we all face. He produces all of his music, with his tracks featured on BBC Radio Introducing as well as performing his songs at Latitude 2022. Currently, Luke is working on a 6 track EP, with his arranging taking the front stage with a vision to weld 'The obscurity of Prince... with the soul of Stevie Wonder.' (The Other Side Review). He became a professional singer and guitarist, by performing relentlessly on the London gig and open-mic circuit and now he is building a name for himself at venues around Europe. Luke has been welcomed at Sofar Sounds Paris and Gothenburg (Sweden), bars in Tuscany, as well as being the main musical act, at the Reykjavik Fringe 2023 and 2024. He invites you to view his social media presence on Instagram and TikTok, which is kept updated with his latest material and gigs.

Kate Dineen grew up in Kerry, a small rural village overlooking Tralee Bay on the south-western coast of Ireland and now she resides in Dublin. Her musical journey started when she was about 5 years old, learning the traditional tin-whistle in primary school. Soon after, Kate began taking piano lessons and at age 14 Kate gave up piano for guitar and started learning her favorite songs, which she cites as a freeing experience. Then, at 16, as a shy teenager, she decided to challenge herself and sign up for vocal lessons and amazingly won a vocal contest within the first year of taking lessons.

Her career took off in 2007 with a second-place win in Today FM’s "Even Better Than the Real Thing" competition. While studying in Cork, she formed the band "PaperBoat" and won a Battle of the Bands during her Erasmus year in Belgium. Moving to Dublin, she joined "The Longtails" and recorded her debut EP, "Great Escape." Kate has performed at festivals such as K Fest, The Next Big Thing Festival, and Cork Folk Festival. She has supported acts like Stephanie Rainey and Haley Heynderickx. Her single "Good Guys" was a finalist in Hot Press's Ireland Music Month competition, and "Invest" was featured on Spotify's New Music Friday UK playlist

Kate signed with Winding Way in 2022 to release her new six-single series and to tour Ireland, the EU and eventually the USA.
