The BAFTA-nominated Rachel Parris previews her new show POISE before going on a nationwide tour in September.

She is best known for both her viral satirical segments on The Mash Report and Late Night Mash which have had over 100 million views, and as one of the founding cast members of the award-winning improv group Austentatious, who regularly perform to sold out crowds in London’s West End.

In 2022, Rachel published her first book, Advice From Strangers, which was praised by Richard Osman as ‘warm witty and wise’.

She has also appeared on Live At The Apollo, Would I Lie To You, Mock the Week, and Q.I and is a regular on much-loved radio shows I’m Sorry I Haven’t A Clue and The Now Show.

Gits and Shiggles is one of London's best comedy nights, organising events throughout the capital as well as their residency at The Half Moon, Putney.
