Line Up

'MOODY’ was born in Japan, where Bec (vocals) and Ben (guitar) dreamt of taking on the Japanese music scene. With some help from their Japanese musician friends, they spent 2 years gigging around Japan, taking on crowds from Tokyo to Nagasaki. Their unique blend of jazz-driven beats and UK rock guitar unite rock and soul like the pub and a bank holiday. Likened to artists such as Florence & The Machine, Queens of the Stone Age, and Tash Sultana, ‘MOODY' know how to put on a show. With their Japan life at a close, 'MOODY' have set their eyes on the UK. You won't want to miss this debut.

Bowen a new wave rock act from London. Fronted by South London singer-songwriter Neve Bowen, taking her sad girl sound and turbocharging it into a New Wave band. The band came together after meeting at Reading Festival and with a shared love of bands from the late 70s, that they should be too young to have ever heard of! Blending Influences like The Smiths, Blondie, The Pretenders with acts like Wolf Alice & Paramore.

Bowen have played shows all across London including, The Half Moon Putney, The Fiddlers Elbow, The Victoria and Star Of Kings. They are confirmed on 2000 Trees Festival, Sign Of The Times Festival & Camper Jam Festival this July.

“Elegant and sophisticated, Bowen sends shivers down our spines.” Rock Era

"Bowen’s music is characterised by a unique blend of alternative rock and widescreen sonic drama.” - Eat This Music

“Exploding with potential. Dark and lyrically sharp” - Gigwise Magazine

The son of two accomplished Jazz musicians, Billy Magerison is a singer songwriter and multi instrumentalist, who honed his craft in and around South London, Bristol and the South West playing a mix of blues, reggae and soul. Taking inspiration from these along with elements of his Celtic heritage, he has developed his own unique sound. Tight grooves, soulful vocals and experimental effects bordering on the psychedelic.

Billy’s debut release received critical acclaim and was made track of the week on BBC Radio Bristol, Introducing in the west and in the last year his content online has amassed over one hundred and fifty thousand views. Armed with nothing but his guitar, Billy decided to take time to share some of the more personal songs he has been writing.

His debut E.P, “Be Cool” is a collection of three unique songs charting the highs and lows of his experiences during lockdown, which features themes of love, mental health and self-realisation. With this release under his belt and plenty more in the works, Magerison is looking to hit the road touring his original music this summer.
