South African based songwriter and artist, Senna-Marie is interested in the affective; the clumsiness of feeling, fight and body into conversation and then song. Her music is carefully composed with collaborator Ryan Schultze and brought to life with her six-piece band. Debut EP, Fence Sitter (released 5th March 2022) is a relatable and honest album, centered in everyday dialogue, boundaries, care and conflict. The alt-folk EP has been featured in Spotify's editorial playlist with the majority of its listeners based in London, UK. Senna-Marie performs regularly in Johannesburg; notable shows include: Smoking Dragon Festival (Drakensberg), Leano (Johannesburg) and The Athletic Club & Social (Cape Town). She is currently performing in the Talk/Here Series, alongside artists Tubatsi Mpho Moloi (lead vocalist of well known South African band Urban Village). The group is also preparing their full length album in studio with the hope of releasing September 2023. (Inspirations include the work of Alice Phoebe Lou, Hayley Heynderickx & Brittany Howard.) “Most often my songs arrive in more than one voice, they are conversations between people with often opposing worldviews; people I know and have great affection for. In singing, I soothe the parts of myself that feel fractured by the lack of shared perspective I witness in my immediate surroundings. Personally, within my family and friends but also politically within a wounded//healing socio-political landscape.” - Senna-Marie.

22 Year Old Isabel Inkcap's sound has been influenced as much by following dad around folk clubs as a kid as it has by Aurora,  Big Thief & First Aid Kit. A stunning vocal matched by her strong songwriting skills, & knowledge of melody. Isabel sings and plays guitar and banjo, she is joined by Ant on lap guitar and 12 string, and Ted playing double bass.  Isabel Inkcap is captivating, ethereal, & enchanting.

Songwriter Blake Sonnet. Writes songs, records them. Plays them live. Not very good at writing bios but very good at music. New material out now. Please follow me on Instagram @theblakesonnet.
