Line Up

She Wants forms as a band in the winter of 2016 in Rome and what has to be said about them is that they spend more than a year touring live clubs in Rome, playing a lot of unreleased material and trying to improve their live performances. Following some line up changes, in 2018 the band records their first album, named ‘’You’re Not The Only One’’, with tones from Britpop to Noise, totally self-produced, to be launched in December/ January. For the rest of 2019 they’re be back playing live clubs in Rome and elsewhere while they record and release further original material, such as the single ‘’ Big Black Moon.’’ In 2020, with the beginning of the pandemic, the band takes advantage of the time on their hands and releases a new single, ‘’Blue Nevermind’’ and two studio cover versions of The Cure’s ‘’ Just Like Heaven’’ and Kavinsky’s ‘’Nightcall’’. Currently, the band is working on new songs and planning to do as many gigs as possibile.

Welsh pop meets pseudo Americana. With roots firmly dug in the foothills of North London, Swansea born songwriter Josh Ace tells tales of derailed dreams, dissolute companions and life in the times of social media and virtual collective consciousness. Apocalyptic overtones with a sense of humorous cynicism, sugar coated in power pop harmonies leave you feeling not all is lost. Angular guitar hooks hark back to post-punk new wave with a hint of psychedelia thrown in the mix for good measure!

''Some kind of beautiful passion at work, really ace stuff!" - Adam Walton, BBC Radio Wales

''This is a band well worth listening out for in the future'' - Alternative Tracks

Hailing from a small village in the Northwest of the UK, Tim Nova brings real & raw songs combined with a perfect blend of pop ballads & an upbeat indie/rock edge. His music resonates & appeals to many, especially those who love live music.
“I write songs that are destined to be played live. I want everyone to have that experience, whether that’s at an actual gig or whether you’ve just got your headphones on!”

Tim has been performing for many years, both solo and with bands, and having spent the past couple of years honing in on his songwriting plus performing local gigs, he's now ready to take his music around the country, and who knows.. maybe the world.

Italian, born in 1990, Ivano originally grew up as a piano player from the early age of 7 and that passion’s never left him. When he was 15 he finally put his hands on his very first guitar, a Fender Telecaster and along with it the first bands came out of the ground. Northern Italy and Switzerland became a vibrant scenario to gradually improve his skills as a guitarist. 2011 was time when the step forward had to be taken: bands no more, he then focused on his songwriter side and by that time the solo project began. Moved to London in 2015 and graduated in June’16 at the British & Irish Modern Music (BIMM) Institute in Fulham, he travels back and forth Italy and UK for promoting his original music. His first three-song EP “Smell of bread & singing crows”, totally self-produced, has been released in April ’17 and his stage name is “Sir & the Ivanoe”.
