Rebecca Quee is a Jazz/Acoustic singer from Sydney Australia. She had her London debut at the Bulls Head Jazz Bar in Barnes in April this year. She will be performing a cover set of well-loved favourites for the Half Moon, including Nina Simone’s Feeling Good. She will be accompanied by Jess Henderson on keys and backing vocals. Expect beautiful effortless covers of your most loved tracks.

The Half Moon is very lucky to have BBC Introducing’s ‘One to Watch’ singer-songwriter and self-producer Alex Hall open the floor with an acoustic set of his cinematic guy-next door modern pop songs.

As a songwriter he has been described as ‘a Ray Davis of our times’ by Glastonbury Emerging Talent judge Tony Hardy, and has garnered avid praise from Grammy Award winning engineer Jon Jacobs.

His most recent release in January 2022, the Double A-Side of “I Swear That It Was Love” and “2019” which was playlisted for a staggering five consecutive weeks by BBC Introducing points towards 2022 being a tipping point year for Hall, as his following continues to grow as an artist - and the mainstream audience Hall truly deserves begins to wake up to the outstanding and inspiring gifts of this musician.

Undoubtedly a very special opening to the evening.
