Sheffield born, London-based artist, Kaviani, comes to The Half Moon in February, bringing with him his no-nonsense northern attitude infused, energetic style of rock.

Kaviani has spent the last few years as a session guitarist, touring with multi-platinum artists Joe Lynn Turner (Deep Purple/Rainbow) and Eric Martin (Mr Big) as well as touring with Damon Johnson & Ricky Warwick (Thin Lizzy/Alice Cooper/Black Star Riders).

Kaviani was also asked to cover for Sebastian Bach/Chevy Metal guitarist Brent Woods on Tara Lynch’s support tour for UFO on their 22-date sold out farewell tour of the UK & IRL in 2019.

Now taking his skills to his own craft, Kaviani has spent time writing and recording in London and Nashville, writing with multi-platinum producers Pete Woodroffe (Def Leppard) and Phil Da Costa (Mick Fleetwood).

Releasing his first single, 'Don’t Let The Bombs Drop, Daddy,’ as a solo artist in 2019, Kaviani is gearing up for the release of his debut album in 2022.

"Great singer, great songwriter, great entertainer" Damon Johnson - Thin Lizzy/Alice Cooper

"Super talented kid, great guitar player, great singer...Kaviani is your guy." Eric Martin - Mr Big

"If you're looking for a talented, creative individual, Kaviani is your guy." Joe Lynn Turner - Deep Purple/Rainbow

“...you'll hear the palpable stylistic maturity found within the tight, intricate instrumental arrangements led by the inexplicably talented frontman responsible for the frankly sexy guitar riffs along with his resonantly rich vocals.” ANR Factory

“With an arsenal of hooks and some blistering fretwork, Kaviani is first and foremost a goldmine of talent, from his song-writing of catchy pop/rock songs to his stellar guitar-playing to his immediately engaging, self-deprecating personality.” Maximum Volume Music
