The Singer-Songwriter Selena Seballo is a musical artist’s artist. Hailing from Orlando, Florida USA, Selena grew up in a home that was filled with music ranging from classical, folk, gospel, and oldies. Her first musical instrument, the piano, was introduced to her at the age of seven. She learned how to play her second instrument, the guitar, in her late teens. “Playing the guitar really opened my mind to learning how to write songs.”
Although she sang (mostly to herself) at an early age, Selena didn’t perform in front of an audience until she was fourteen years old at her 8th grade graduation. Her warm rich tone, vibrato, and melodic choices astounded her parents, family, and friends so much so that she was encouraged to continue singing and was asked to perform at churches, weddings, and events.
Selena has since gone on to perform on television, concerts, events, and festivals. In 2006, she independently released her first self-titled album. Over time, Selena became disillusioned by the music industry and took a nearly ten-year hiatus from making music. But as the saying goes, “you can take the person out of the country but you can’t take the country out of the person,” Selena couldn’t deny her inherent need to make music. In 2014, after much soul-searching, she moved to the United Kingdom to not only fulfill her passion to study playwriting, but to share her musical fire with a new audience. Since her time in the UK, Selena has been inspired, enlightened, and invigorated. She is now a proud dual citizen of the US and UK and is ready to share her new EP titled “#woke” very soon.
Sophie Simonds is a Singer, Songwriter and Musician from London. With her band, she sings and plays Saxophone in songs she has written over the past year as part of her upcoming album, spanning Pop, Folk, Rock and Blues. "If i could put a label on the sound im trying to create, it would be if Amy Winehouse and Pink's music had a baby - I write the commercial end of the Rock, Blues, Jazz and folk genres" She is supported by Michael Butlin on Guitar and Craig Norford on Drums.
Growing up in Southampton, Tom Pointer is now 24 years of age, but already has a story.
A love for rugby meant he moved away from home at a young age, going on to take the field for Wasps and Leicester. However, his short career ended when he broke his back in 2014.
While on the long road to recovery at university he rediscovered his unique voice, drawing on past and present experiences to hone his personal style.
His song writing drew attention on the London open mic scene and also that of producer Lewi White. An exciting collaboration began as they started writing and recording together in Lewi’s North London studio.
Tom prides himself on his live performances, as his distinctive soulful tone, honest lyrics and vibrant pop melodies showcase a natural talent reminiscent of James Bay, Paolo Nutini and Alabama Shakes.
Writing, recording, and spreading his songs around the capital all through in 2016, led to his first UK tour in early 2017 ending by supporting Tinie Tempah in Coventry.
Currently finishing his debut EP and planning a single release for October, you can catch his raw vocal style at festivals Camper Calling and The Big Feastival in August before a run of London shows in the Autumn.
One thing is clear, once you have seen a performance, you will know and love Tom Pointer’s music.
After a Sold out Gig at "Le Reservoir", rave reviews during his 2016- 2017 europe tour in Paris, Amsterdam, Lisbon and London (Troubadour, Bedroom Bar, Royal Runaway, Waterhole, Primero Andar, The Spice Of Life) ;Ewood is back in Uk.
He will invites you through his journey like a phoenix with his voice and lyrics for an acoustic set.
Ewood is a Pop singer with a very unique tone; real, raw, smooth and powerful. He studied music and dancing at the conservatory and he is also a trained actor. He appears on The Voice and the Chrissy B Show. Tonight, Ewood is going to present you his future album TOD.(Truth Or Dare).
