LLOYD GRIFFITH PRE-TOUR WARM UP
The former host of cult Sky football show Soccer AM, Lloyd Griffith is one of the UK's fastest rising comedians. He co-hosts Flinch on Netflix, and has appeared on 8 Out of 10 Cats, Drunk History, Roast Battle CelebAbility and Comedy Central's Live at The Comedy Store
And it's not just comedy that he can turn his hand to - his operatic voice and former life as a choirboy have seen him appear on Songs of Praise, and he can often be heard performing with the choirs of Westminster Abbey, St George’s Chapel – Windsor Castle and various other London groups.
He was also an aspiring goalkeeper for Grimsby Town, which has seen him land the Soccer AM presenting job, as well as being a correspondent for BBC's The Premier League show and a contributor to Football's Funniest Moments
Lloyd is coming to The Half Moon to preview his new show Not Just a Pretty Face, before it goes on a nationwide tour, which is already close to selling out.
"Supersub Lloyd Griffith delivered some punchy gags about growing up in Grimsby. He also revealed a jaw-dropping singing voice. Expect to hear more from Griffith" BRUCE DESSAU, EVENING STANDARD
"Disarmingly good" DOMINIC MAXWELL, THE TIMES
